People are excited about the upcoming conference . It's online. It has some important keynote speakers. Many groups are involved. A lot of hard work has been put in to get it ready. A lot more work will be done to carry it off. I am excited too for a different set of reasons: its the conversations. At no other time have I had the opportunity to tell stories and hear the stories. Learning comes to life. Life comes to learning. The truth is I am tired. I could avoid doing stuff like this. My life would be simpler. But I am addicted. This gives my job and my life a purpose. Doing this, makes my work a profession. It has impact and it has meaning.
